Avid has been running a contest called “The Perfect Pitch,” a competition that seeks to find the best film ideas pitched in 60 seconds or less. After 6 months and 8000 votes, the top twenty finalists have been announced. All of the finalists will receive Avid Media Composer software and a three-month membership to indie distribution service Film Specific.
