As Kendal already mentioned, we dinged the kit in our DV review for the lightweight stands and plastic tightening components. Some may see this as a feature I suppose...lighter weight can be a useful thing. Those are the sort of people that might choose the unique Lowell Super Ambi kit. We reviewed similar kits earlier for DV magazine and while I love my Arri's I would also contest 10/10 for example I prefer the beefier stands with all metal tightening knobs on the Mole Richardson kits. I also prefer the full metal switches on the Mole Richardson kits. That being said Arri lights are some real work horses. Noah,
