While the burden of proof appears to be on FF's shoulders in this particular situation, I would urge you not to trash a company's name in a public forum over an item that cost $8.50 without first exploring all possible avenues of resolution. Things happen. I have had orders and shipments lost with a number of companies. You said yourself that he mentioned on the 17th that he would be shipping out a replacement. I'm having a hard time imagining that Footage Firm would be trying to rip you off intentionally for a measly $8.50! I remain hopeful that they are working to resolve the situation. I contacted the online merchant account processing company and they sent an email. Joel replied about 2 days later via email saying he'd drop another copy in the mail. This was on July 17th. It is now July 27th and no DVD and no response to the email and phone calls I made two days ago checking in to let him know I had not yet received the DVD. Situation NOT resolved. I was charged immediately. I got an email on June 23rd saying it was shipped. It's July 15th, and nothing to show for it. Some "deal" this turned out to be.
