Video Trainers GeniusDV offer a handy free tip on marker durations for FCP editors. Did you know that you can extend a marker’s duration on the timeline? It’s pretty simple…create a marker, move the playhead down the timeline, and use Mark > Markers > Extend to stretch the marker to the playhead position. Presto.
