Intel Mac Mini CPU is socketed (and therefore upgradeable?)
Published by admin March 2nd, 2006 in NewsIt seems that the new Intel Mac Mini CPU is a socketed processor, which makes upgrades a possibility. It may be possible to purchase a low-cost Solo Core Mini, and drop in a Dual Core processor upgrade.
We mentioned the new Intel Mac Mini recently, the integrated graphics specifically.
